A platform only works when it fits with every system already around it. That's my job. At Deloitte Digital I design the architecture and the integrations, get them live in markets worldwide and govern the releases after go-live.

I'm passionate about AI, and lately I've been bringing AI agents into how teams work every day: specialised agents, reusable skills and MCP servers used across the whole workflow. 18 years in software, the last six as a technical architect, mostly on commerce platforms. Before that, insurance and pension portals.

Lead architect on commerce programmes for international brands, from architecture to go-live and run, and on bringing AI agents into the way the teams deliver.

  • Designed and introduced an AI-assisted delivery workflow: specialised agents for unit tests, log analysis and code review, reusable skills and MCP servers for authorised tools, built into the team's day-to-day work.
  • Designed the platform architecture and its ERP and CRM integrations for an Italian premium consumer brand's direct-to-consumer business across EMEA and US markets.
  • Led technical delivery of a new commerce platform for a leading European specialist e-retailer: large multi-brand catalogue, high-volume order flows, distributed team.
  • Defined a multi-brand, multi-country platform for a global manufacturer's European markets: one shared core, releases governed across instances.
  • Run architecture reviews, estimates and technical risk across programmes; mentor the technical leads.

AI in delivery

I'm passionate about AI. I use AI agents every day and I design how they fit into the team's workflow, from analysis and development to testing, review and operations.

  • Designed an AI-assisted development flow for the delivery teams: repository instructions (AGENTS.md), specialised agents, reusable skills and MCP servers with least-privilege access.
  • Specialised agents for unit test generation, read-only log analysis, Figma-to-component work and pull request review support.
